P. 13 (Annex 1) has a clear map of project areas - ADD which are larger than the actual ADM2 Districts. So I compared the Annex 1 map with the kmz district map and determined the following are districts that fall within the Blantyre Mzuzu Kasungu and Lilongwe ADDs: Nkhata Bay Rumphi Mzimba kasungu Mchinji Dowa Ntchisi Ntcheu Dedza Lilongwe Phalombe Mulanje Chiradzulu Thyolo Blantyre Neno Mwanza
