tiffany.tripson: On Page 3.4.1. "The HFCD Project will cover four ADDs: Kasungu Lilongwe Mzuzu and Salima in the north and center regions." Throughout the document rehab of dams tubewells canals and marketing depots is mentioned but on P. 5.5.7. it states explicitly that 25 dams 431 tubewells 41.5km and 57.6km of canals are being fixed with AfDB funds. Annex 1B lists more explicitly where these canals wells and dams will be. Some of the names were found slightly misspelled using Geonames fuzzy search - but I coded them as long as it was only one letter different and in the same district as Annex 1 lists them under. In Annex 1B Salima district locations were all located with the exception of somewhere called "R.Station".
