On 10 March, the body of al-Mabruk Khalifa Sad Abu al-Kheir, a 56 year-old man, was found on the beach close to Mitiga base. According to the preliminary forensic report the death resulted from several gunshots. Al-Mabruk al-Kheir had been arrested 15 days prior to his death and held at the Mitiga base in a detention facility. |
