A joint force, named the "Sumood Front" or Steadfastness Front was formed on Monday in Tripoli and will be deployed in the western region to secure both the capital and its surrounding. The Misratan political figure, Saleh Badi set up a new military alliance to succeed the Libya Dawn grouping and provide security to Tripoli.
