On Saturday 28 September night into Sunday morning, a terrorist group made up of about 10 people carried out an incursion at Dechrat Eddouar, a hamlet located 22 km from Collo some 300 km east of Algiers. This group which, according to matching sources, reportedly belongs to the Salafist Group for Call and Combat GSPC , relieved residents of their savings and food, bedding, and clothing, this under threat of firearms. Before they pulled out, residents were treated to a fiery sermon on the part of the militant. |
