Algerian MPs from the opposition groups of the Workers' Party (PT), the Socialist Forces Front (FFS) and the Green Algeria Alliance (AAV) have staged a protest inside the parliament building, in tandem with the vote on the finance bill 2016. After staging a protest inside the parliament, the opposition MPs "stormed" the room, interrupted work, and "went up to the Speaker's platform", triggering a "fist fight" between the opposition MPs and their counterparts from the ruling coalition-led National Liberation Front (FLN). |
