| Description | Twelve people from the Degodia clan were during the nighttime hours killed when militia from the Garre clan raided Gunane village in Tarbaj constituency. Seven others are admitted to the Wajir District Hospital with serious injuries. Wajir county commissioner Naftali Mungathia said the militia stormed the village at around 11pm and hurled a rocket propelled grenade at the villagers who were asleep. Conflicting reports hold 18 deaths. |
