Qaddadfa rioters clashed in Sebha with members of the Bahir Eldeen brigade who are members of the Awlad Sulaiman tribe and Misrata's Third Force. 12 people were killed, including at least 4 pro-Qaddafi protestors, 1 member of the security forces and 2 foreign nationals. It is also reported by a local resident that a number of other demonstrators were wounded in the incident. Clashes erupted against the death sentences passed by a court in Tripoli last week on Saif Al-Islam Qaddafi, Abdullah Senussi and seven other prominent members of the former regime. |
