What is important to remember is that in many of those cases, initial reports were considerably different to final outcomes. It is not yet clear who the armed group is, nor motive and action plan. Media sympathetic to the Somaliland Government has already reported the armed group as "An Al Shabaab sleeper cell" linking the group with a rumour that nine AS trained individuals had been deployed to Somaliland to disrupt the electoral process. Another media reported the incident as happening in a mosque and portray it yet as another crackdown on the opposition in Somaliland. |
