| Description | Al Shabaab attacked the residence of the Baidoa District Commissioner (Baidoa) in the night of 24/07. The attackers started the attack with a RPG followed by an armed confrontation that lasted for about an hour. AMISOM forces arrived in the area and backed the Somali forces protecting the Comissioner, forcing al Shabaab forces to withdraw. Three Somali soldiers were wounded in the clash.
