| Description | Al Shabaab fighters opened fire at a civilian mini-bus travelling near Leego Village in the midday of 05/09. Reports indicate that al Shabaab fighters instructed the driver to stop but government soldiers in the mini-bus ordered him not to stop, prompting the al Shabaab fighters to open fire. Three soldiers were killed and three civilian passengers were wounded in the attack. The al Shabaab fighters also executed a fourth soldier they captured alive. |
