Ethiopia Liyuu Police shot and killed a local villager in Bali Cabane Village (Hargeisa District) in the evening of 19/10. The motive is currently unknown. Reports indicate that the police came to the village and arrested the man and took him to the Ethiopian side of the border. They reportedly asked his some questions but he refused to answer. They reportedly shot him after he tried to escape. Further reports indicate that the perpetrators also took the body to Harshin town in Ethiopia. |
