Puntland Marine Police Forces (PMPF) on foot patrol clashed with the security guards of Ali Haji (Candidate) in the night of 24/12. The incident happened after the PMPF saw an armed man sitting in front of the residence while other sources insist that it was a planned mission. Some sources suggest that the guards opened fire at the PMPF who responded with gunfire. It is not yet clear if the attack was an intentional or a friendly fire. The operational commander arrived at the scene and managed to separate the two sides. No casualties were reported. |
