The minister was not in the car by the time of the incident. No human casualties were reported but the vehicle was badly damaged. This was the second time in two days that officials are targeted at the same place by a RCIED. Jubaland forces conducted a security operation after the blast and arrested more than 20 people in connection with the blast. |
