Government police (hailing from Habar Gidir) and Murursade clan militias clashed in Ceel Tosbaxle area in Radaarka neighbourhood (Dayniile District) in the afternoon of 14/04. The two sides reportedly engaged in a fierce fighting in which both light and heavy weapons were used. The fighting broke out after police, who were on a mission to evict IDPs from public land, opened fire and injured three civilians. Casualties could not be established. The scene of the fighting is a home to many IDP families. |
