| Description | Suspected al Shabaab fighters ambushed an AMISOM/pro-SNG (not identified) convoy passing in the vicinity of Dida Adey (23km SW of Badhaadhe) in the morning of 23/6. Reports indicate that heavy fighting followed the ambush which lasted for about two hours after which the attackers withdrew. Two pro-SNG soldiers were killed and their bodies brought to Kolbiyow for burial. Casualties from the attacker's sides could not be established. |
