Reports indicate that the ambush was followed an armed clash which lasted for about an hour after which the al Shabaab fighters withdrew. Six al Shabaab fighters were reportedly killed while a SNG soldier was apparently injured. The convoy proceeds to Garbahareey after the clash. |
