Gunmen from Habarjeclo clan clashed with casual labours from Essa Muse sub clan constructing animal quarantine in the area of livestock yard neighbourhood (Berbera) on 03/11, following a dispute over the local animal trade. The ongoing animal quarantine owners and the casual labours apparently mobilized their militias for possible attack against the gunmen from Habarjeclo. Berbera local authority reportedly deployed a large number of security forces including police and army in the area to create a buffer zone and disperse the armed militias. Three men from Essa Muse casual labours were allegedly injured. |
