At least five combatants were killed and 10 others injured. Xoday Weegle settlement which lies south eastern of Deefoow village was also set on fire. The fighting broke out when heavily armed Dir militia crossed the border from Ethiopia. The conflict follows a history of deadly fighting between the two clans in the village. |
