| Description | Al Shabaab fighters ambushed a SNG convoy in Leego (48km SE of Buur Hakaba) in the morning of 06/03. Both sides exchanged gunfire for few minutes after which the SNG soldiers cleared the road. Three al Shabaab fighters were reportedly killed and two SNG soldiers injured in the clash. The convoy had left Mogadishu and was heading to Buur Hakaba when the incident happened. |
