Residents in Wadamogo (18km E of Caynabo) held a peaceful demonstration that was attended by elders and residents mainly women, to show their full support to the decision made by Habar Jeclo elders to end the dialogue between Dhulbahante and Habar Jeclo. The elders noted through the media that the Dhulbahante have tied the talks with the conditional release of Jama Kutiyee, a Dhulbahante man who is currently being held in Somaliland prison after he was reportedly convicted of terrorism charges. |
