Two groups of SNG forces, police and military clashed in Zona K neighbourhood (Hodan District) in the morning of 22/04. The clash started when about 100 Police forces led by Banadir Region Governor reached Zona K neighbourhood to evict civilian families who were living in state-owned building in the neighbourhood which the military forces opposed. Reports indicate that there were some casualties from both sides but the exact figure of the casualties could not be established. The police forces retreated back from the scene. |
