Unidentified three gunmen attacked a mosque in which worshippers were performing ISHA prayers in the vicinity of Gubta (Dayniile District) in the night of 01/07. According to the reports received from where the incident happened, the target of the attackers was two elders who were praying in the mosque. Dayniile District Police Commissioner told to the media that they arrested one suspect in connection to the incident. One elder was killed and another one was injured in the shooting. The Imam (the man who was leading the prayers) was also injured. |
