Two sub-clans from Habar-Jeclo/Biciide (Baho) and Habar-Yunis/Muse Tuurwa reportedly engaged in a shootout in the vicinity of Dhagaxyo Waylo near Xamilka (82km S of Ceerigaabo) in the morning of 29/11 following a dispute over ownership of a pastureland. This incident followed after one of the group blocked livestock from other group to graze the area. Somaliland police arrive at the scene, separated the fighting groups and arrested unspecified number of people from the two sides. A man from Habar-Jeclo/Biciide sub-clan was allegedly injured. |
