A Group of Ceerigaabo Toyota vehicle owners staged demonstration in front of Ceerigaabo ministry of Planning office in the morning of 15/02. The protestors accused the Ministry of Planning official of been favouritism in renting services and bringing vehicles from Hargeisa. This followed after Somaliland Ministry of National Planning conducted a survey in Ceerigaabo town in which most of the vehicles responded to the survey were from Hargeisa. Police arrived at the scene and dispersed the demonstrators. No arrest was made. |
