Local residents of Buuhoodle staged a peaceful demonstration on 09/04 in protest against the Somali Federal Government while expressing their support for Khatumo administration. The demonstration was organized by Khatumo administration over the recent visit by Somalia Prime Minister to Puntland and the 4.5 election agreement. The Khatumo administration says that they are being ignored, and have not been included in the new deal. Protestors marched in the streets of the town chanting slogans against the recent deal. |
